Build standard, simple, or video-guided workouts from your exercise library — sections, supersets, sets and reps with an advanced intensity builder — then watch clients log them on mobile and review every session from your dashboard.

Workouts are the training you build once and assign to anyone. You assemble them in your Vault from your exercise library, your client follows and logs them in the mobile app, and every set comes back to your dashboard to review.

Three kinds of workout

When you create a workout you pick a type. They share the same exercise library, but differ in how much structure you program and how the client experiences it:

Standard
Full gym programming — sections, sets, reps, weight, tempo, rest.
Simple
A quick exercise list with notes and rest times — no section headers.
Video guided
Follow-along home workouts that play a demo video per exercise.
Pick the type when you create a workout — you can switch it later in settings.
