Where to start
Selling something for the first time is three steps: set up tax rates and, if you take cards, Stripe, create a product, then record the purchase. If the client is paying over time rather than all at once, sell the same product as an installment plan.
Reminder: the Shop is how you bill your clients. Your own Protocol subscription lives under Account & settings → Billing.
