Release 1.5.4

July 16, 2026 — turn off read receipts, an announcement group seeded with every active client, escalating form reminders with a coach worklist, client profile pictures, manual meal entry, and a round of chat reliability work including live message delivery.

v1.5.4July 16, 2026

A focused follow-up to 1.5.3, delivered through the web app and an over-the-air update to the mobile app. Chat gets a read-receipt switch, an announcement group that keeps itself in sync with your active clients, and a round of reliability work that fixes messages not arriving until you refreshed. Forms gain escalating reminders with a coach worklist, and clients can set their own profile picture.

Messaging & chat

  • New Turn off read receipts — Switch “seen” off and behave like WhatsApp with delivery only, so clients can’t tell when you’ve opened a message. Learn more →
  • New An announcement group that stays current — Create a broadcast group already containing every active client. New clients are added automatically when they activate, and clients who churn are removed, so the group never goes stale. Learn more →
  • Improved Message search, reactions and general chat reliability — A round of hardening covering typing-indicator lag, drafts, the sidebar, media handling and mobile stability. Learn more →
  • Fixed New messages arrive without refreshing — The live connection could drop, leaving messages to appear only after you reloaded the page. It now resyncs and reopens the thread on reconnect.
  • Fixed The conversation list keeps its place — Replying no longer jumps the list back to the top, and older conversations load all the way to the end.
  • Fixed Typing shows your brand, not the team member — In a shared team inbox the typing indicator revealed the individual admin’s name to the client; it now shows the owner, matching how the message itself is sent. Learn more →

Check-ins & forms

  • New Escalating form reminders and a coach worklist — Reminders for check-ins, onboarding and any other form now escalate when they go unanswered, and what needs chasing collects into a worklist instead of relying on you to notice. Learn more →

Mobile app

  • New Clients can set their own profile picture — Without asking you to do it for them. Learn more →
  • Improved Manual entry comes first when logging a meal — The fastest option is the one clients reach first. Learn more →
  • Fixed No more random logouts — Opening the app on a weak connection could sign a client out, sometimes weekly. Sessions now survive a bad network on startup.
