Release 1.5.3

July 7, 2026 — a shared team inbox, a first-class AI Agent with live activity, a big chat upgrade (shared-media drawer, all/unread filter, whole-inbox search, shared drafts), per-client plan placeholders, favourites, API keys & Integrations, faster nutrition building, and a wide batch of fixes.

v1.5.3July 7, 2026

A big one after 1.5.2. Messaging becomes a proper shared team inbox, the AI assistant grows into a first-class AI Agent you connect in one click, chat gains a shared-media drawer, an all/unread filter, whole-inbox search and shared drafts, plans get per-client placeholders, and there’s a new API keys & Integrations screen — plus faster nutrition building, mobile favourites, and a long list of fixes.

Messaging & chat

  • New One shared inbox for your whole team — Owners and admins now work from a single inbox under your brand: admins open the same conversations and reply, and every message reaches the client as you. Unread badges and live updates are shared, so whoever gets to a message first handles it. Learn more →
  • New Shared media, files & links drawer — Open a conversation’s header to see every photo, video, file and link shared in that thread, newest first — without scrolling the whole history. Learn more →
  • New Add a chat message to a client’s report — File a message or an attachment straight into the client’s progress log — as a new entry or appended to an existing one. Learn more →
  • New All / Unread filter — A one-tap toggle at the top of the sidebar hides everything you’ve already read. Learn more →
  • New Search every conversation — The sidebar search now finds any client or group across your whole inbox — by name, not just the threads currently on screen. Learn more →
  • New Shared drafts & typing presence — A half-written reply is saved per conversation and shared with your team, so a teammate can finish it; the sidebar shows who’s typing and where a draft is waiting. Learn more →
  • Improved Conversations open at the newest message — Threads open instantly at the bottom, with a Load older control to walk back through history a page at a time.
  • Fixed Start a conversation from the chat page — Coaches can begin a new conversation directly from chat instead of only from a client’s profile.
  • Fixed Chat content filed to reports renders properly — Links come through clickable and photos, videos, files and voice notes show with the right icons in the report.

AI Agent

  • New Connect your AI in one click — “Ask your AI” is now a first-class AI Agent: a single button on the client page, a three-step connect guide, and standard sign-in (add the URL, approve, done) — no key to copy and paste. Claude and ChatGPT connect the same way. Learn more →
  • New See what the AI did, live — When your assistant makes a change, the open screen refreshes on its own and a note tells you which client and what changed. Learn more →
  • New Usage cost & per-plan limits — Your total AI usage cost shows in the profile menu, and you can set an AI credit limit per individual plan.

Programs & plans

  • New Per-client placeholders in plans — Write a plan once with placeholders (like a client’s name or targets); they fill in per client when the plan is assigned, and unfilled ones are flagged with a Fix Placeholders action. Learn more →
  • Fixed Imported phases are true copies — Importing a phase into a program now clones its workouts and nutrition, so later edits no longer bleed across programs.
  • Fixed Editing a program doesn’t change the library copy — Tweaking a plan document in one program no longer overwrites the shared library version.
  • Fixed In-plan search is ordered by week then day, and duplicate program copies no longer appear.

Nutrition

  • New One-click recipe names — Generate a clean recipe name from its ingredients in a single click. Learn more →
  • Improved Faster meal building — A one-click Create Meal opens a fresh meal ready to edit, with Insert from Library, Add Group and Import Items tidied under an Advanced menu.
  • Fixed Grouped-meal calories add up correctly — Foods inside a group option are summed, and options are averaged, so grouped meals no longer undercount.
  • Fixed Nutrition refreshes when the day changes — The app updates on its own instead of showing yesterday’s plan.

Check-ins & progress

  • New Assign a check-in to a team member — Put a specific coach on a check-in reminder; when the client submits, the resulting progress entry is already assigned to them in your inbox. Learn more →
  • Fixed Apply-past-log carries the note from the workout you copied, measurements are rounded for display, and deactivated team members can no longer be picked as an assignee.

Mobile app

  • New Favourite workouts & recipes — Clients and coaches can star the workouts and recipes they use most for quick access.
  • Fixed Voice messages send reliably, videos play on browsers without native HLS, connected health sources show a clear “no recent data” state instead of a blank screen, and the workout/nutrition quick-switch tabs stay put.

Web app & integrations

  • New API keys & Integrations — A new Integrations screen lets you create long-lived, revocable API keys so external tools can work with your account securely. Learn more →
  • Fixed Form submissions no longer freeze on unusual (HEIC) phone photos, and the biometric detail popup lays out correctly from Activity and Labs.

Notifications & billing

  • Improved Client name on every client notification, so you know who each alert is about at a glance.
  • Fixed Shop notifications show the buyer — When a purchase comes in without contact details, the linked client’s name and email are used.
