Browse shared media, files & links in a chat

A gallery icon in any conversation header opens the "Shared content" drawer — a searchable history of every image, video, document, and URL ever exchanged in that thread, organised by type.

Basic  Everything shared in a conversation lives in the Shared content drawer — no scrolling through months of messages to find that PDF or video.

Opening the drawer

In any conversation header, tap the grid icon (top-right, next to the conversation name). The Shared content drawer opens on the right side. Tap the icon again, or the inside the drawer, to close it.

Media Files Links
The Shared content drawer open on the Media tab. The grid icon in the header (highlighted) toggles it. Videos show a play overlay so they're distinct from photos.

The three tabs

Media

Images and videos, in a two-column grid, newest first. A video tile shows a play overlay over its thumbnail so you can tell it from a photo at a glance.

Files

Documents and audio files as a list, newest first. Each row shows the filename, file type chip, and the date it was sent. Tap a row to open the file.

URLs shared in the conversation, newest first. Each row shows the page title (when available) and the full URL as a tappable link.

Tip: You can add any media tile in the drawer to a client’s progress entry without leaving the conversation — see Add a chat message to a client’s report →.
