Release 1.5.7

August 23, 2026 — client stage and labels in your chat inbox, voice message templates, a purchase expiry filter for renewal conversations, invoices that actually send with a PDF attached, AI onboarding from pasted text or any form, and email that reaches your clients again.

v1.5.7August 23, 2026

A release built almost entirely out of things coaches asked for. Your chat inbox now shows who you are talking to: their pipeline stage and their labels, right in the list, with filters to match. Voice notes can be templates, so an explanation you record once can be sent as often as you need. Shop gains an expiry filter, so the renewal conversation happens on your schedule rather than five days before the deadline.

Two things that were quietly broken are fixed: Send Invoice now sends the invoice rather than the confirmation, and the invoice itself arrives with a PDF attached and the right amount. Underneath, a repair to email delivery that had been silently cutting some of your clients off.

Messaging

  • New See who you are talking to, in the list: under each conversation name, the client’s pipeline stage and their labels. A client flagged risky is a different conversation from one flagged upsell signal, and until now both rows looked identical. Only on direct conversations, never on groups. Learn more →
  • New Filter the inbox by stage and label: a filter beside All / Unread / Drafts, matching any of the values you pick. The whole inbox is searched, not just the conversations already loaded, and the filter icon carries a dot while it is on, so a short list is never mistaken for an empty one.
  • New Voice message templates: record a voice note once, save it as a template, and send it into any conversation. You can play a take back before keeping it, and press play in the template picker to hear one without sending it. Learn more →
  • Improved Your labels stay yours: stage and label information is never sent to a client’s app, only to you.

Shop & billing

  • New Filter purchases by when they expire: rolling windows of the next 7, 14 or 30 days, or an explicit date range such as the first week of September. It combines with the payment state filters, so “expiring in two weeks and already overdue” is one list. Learn more →
  • Fixed Send Invoice sends the invoice: the button on the invoice page was calling the purchase confirmation instead. Outside one account that meant it reported success and your client received nothing at all. It now sends the invoice, and if the client has no billing email it says so instead of failing quietly.
  • Fixed The invoice email states real money and carries a PDF: a $100.00 purchase was printed as 10000 with a bare currency code and no attachment. Amounts are now formatted properly in the purchase’s own currency, tax is included in the total, and a branded invoice PDF is attached, carrying your logo, your business details and your invoice footer.

Clients & onboarding

  • New AI onboarding from pasted text or a transcript: paste what a client sent you, or a call transcript, and their fitness, health, nutrition and behavioural profile is filled in from it. The Transcript Onboarding and Custom Instructions actions on a client had been doing nothing since the platform move; they work now. Learn more →
  • New Onboard from any form submission: any completed form can be turned into a client profile, either onto an existing client or by creating a new one from the submission.
  • New Move a client back to low ticket: converting a low-ticket member to a full client used to be one-way, so a mistake or a client who stopped paying needed support to undo. You can now move them back yourself, which also ends the coaching assignment and removes them from your broadcast groups. Their history stays with them. Learn more →

Programs

  • Improved A program with a future start date is readable again: 1.5.6 locked these until the start date arrived, for everybody. That was the wrong default, because activating a block early is how most coaches queue up the next one and clients are expected to read it. It is open by default again. If you want it locked until the start date, turn on Block program access before start date under My App → Settings → Features.

Email

  • Improved Every email carries your app’s name: subject lines now lead with your own app name rather than a generic one, so a client can tell at a glance who wrote to them.
  • Fixed Clients who were receiving nothing are reachable again: 26 real client addresses had been blocked after a temporary problem, such as a full mailbox, and were never retried. They were released, and every send is now recorded so a delivery that fails can be seen rather than guessed at.

Behind the scenes

  • Improved Test runs can no longer send real email: our own test suites had been sending messages through the live email account, which counted against the reputation that decides whether your clients’ mail lands in the inbox. A test process can no longer send at all, and there is deliberately no switch to turn that back on.
