Release 1.5.5

August 9, 2026 — installment payment plans, client labels, outbound webhooks, predefined chat templates, hourly nutrition placeholders, background voice-note playback and reply/forward on mobile, one unified place for check-in notifications, and a long list of fixes across chat, nutrition, reports and billing.

v1.5.5August 9, 2026

The biggest release since 1.5.3. You can now sell in installments, label and filter your roster, and send events to your own tools with outbound webhooks. Chat gains predefined template messages, nutrition days get hourly placeholders, and the mobile app finally plays voice messages with the screen locked and adds reply, forward and copy. Underneath all that: one unified place for check-in notifications, and a long list of fixes to chat, nutrition, reports and billing.

Shop & billing

  • New Installment payment plans — Sell a package and split it into dated payments. Set the schedule when you create the plan, filter clients by plan state, and let automatic reminders chase the payments that are due. Learn more →
  • Improved A free product with one plan activates instantly — When a client claims a free product that has exactly one training or nutrition plan attached, that plan is now active the moment they claim it. No second step, nothing to activate on the home screen. Products with several plans still let the client choose. Learn more →
  • Fixed Saving Stripe settings no longer wipes your secret key — Leaving the secret-key field blank while saving the Stripe tab used to erase the stored key and still report success. The stored key is now kept when you leave the field empty.
  • Fixed Products stay editable — Product type and fulfillment method are no longer locked after creation, so a checkout product saved without a price can be corrected instead of being stuck for good.

Clients & organisation

  • New Client labels — Tag clients with your own free-form labels, then filter the roster by them. Manage the label catalog in one place, and read or set labels through the API and webhooks. Learn more →
  • Fixed Adding a client tells you what’s wrong — The create button used to sit silently disabled on a mistyped email. It now explains why.
  • Fixed First-login codes always arrive — A client invited while an earlier add-client code was still valid could go days without ever receiving a login code. Every first login now gets one.

Messaging & chat

  • New Predefined template messages — Save the replies you send over and over and drop them into a conversation in a couple of clicks. Learn more →
  • New Search inside a conversation — Find a message within the thread you’re reading, not just across the inbox. Learn more →
  • Improved Chat holds up at full roster size — Client pickers, search and conversation loading were rebuilt to stay fast for coaches with a thousand or more clients, and duplicate threads no longer appear.
  • Improved Steadier unread counts and fewer stalls — The unread badge no longer drifts out of sync, latency spikes and crashes under load are resolved, and conversation search is far more reliable.
  • Improved Faster video in chat — Videos now send with a poster frame taken on the device instead of waiting on server-side processing, so they appear in the thread sooner.
  • Improved Client-facing polish — Clients get a direct button to message their coach, the composer grows as you type, conversation lists page properly, and team members’ details stay private from clients.
  • Improved Admins see chat as the owner by default, so replies go out under your brand without anyone changing a setting.
  • Fixed The Drafts filter loads everything — It used to show only the conversations already on screen and refused to load more while it was switched on.
  • Fixed Your AI assistant no longer marks conversations as read — Reads made by the AI agent or an API key stopped counting as you opening the message, and the record now shows who actually read it. Learn more →

Mobile app

  • New Voice messages keep playing when the screen locks — A voice message in chat now continues in the background, with playback controls on the lock screen. It also stops cleanly at the end instead of repeating.
  • New Reply, forward and copy — Long-press a message to reply to it, forward it to another conversation, or copy its text or link. Learn more →
  • Fixed The long-press menu stays on screen — It could open past the top edge on some phones, and there was no visible hint that long-press did anything.
  • Fixed Serbian is properly translated — Most chat controls, and the wording clients see when claiming a free product, were still appearing in English for Serbian-language apps.
  • Fixed The keyboard stops covering the set you’re logging — The field you’re typing in is scrolled into view in the workout log. Learn more →
  • Fixed Sent messages clear the draft — A draft could survive a successful send and reappear later.
  • Fixed A finished workout reads as finished — An abandoned empty session could make a completed workout still show as started.
  • Fixed Simple workouts look like simple workouts — Adding an exercise to a simple workout no longer borrows the standard workout’s screen, and its log matches the simple format.

Check-ins, reports & automations

  • New One place for check-in notifications — Reminder wording, per-form overrides and who gets escalations are now configured together instead of being spread across screens. Learn more →
  • Fixed Approving a report notifies the client again — Reports approved from the dashboard had not notified anyone since late July. Learn more →
  • Fixed Report notifications open the report — The push used to lead nowhere, and a delivered report left no lasting record.
  • Fixed Reminders stop when a cooperation ends — Check-in reminders kept going out to clients who were no longer working with you.
  • Fixed AI reports work for long-standing clients — Clients with years of history hit internal ceilings and failed with an error that gave no clue why.
  • Fixed A failed automation says what failed — It now names the client and links to the entry instead of showing a bare id.
  • Fixed Time-sensitive can be switched off on a scheduled report; it used to revert on every save.

Nutrition

  • New Hourly placeholders on nutrition days — Lay a day out by time and fill it in as you go, instead of building every meal up front.
  • New Import foods and workouts from a spreadsheet — Bring an existing library in without retyping it.
  • Fixed Portions read properly — Amounts like “1 300ml” now print as a single clean portion everywhere they appear.
  • Fixed Changing a food’s unit converts the amount instead of resetting it to zero.
  • Fixed Recipe quick-edit saves — The dialog used to close before the change was recorded, so an edit could never be saved.
  • Fixed Recipe search opens the right recipe — Results could open a different item, or nothing at all.
  • Fixed Meal logging explains itself — Errors now show the real reason instead of a raw technical string, including when an AI usage limit has been reached.

Programs & plans

  • Fixed The plan editor fills the window — It collapsed to the height of its content and cut off half the screen.
  • Fixed The editor toolbar stays visible — It could park underneath the app header in the standalone workout and nutrition editors.
  • Fixed Save as template files under the right category — Workout, nutrition or mixed. Learn more →
  • Fixed Programs built by the AI agent no longer share workouts between weeks, so editing week two stops changing week one. Existing affected programs have been repaired.

Integrations & API

  • New Outbound webhooks — Sixteen event types delivered to your own endpoint with signed requests, automatic retries and a delivery log you can inspect. Learn more →
  • Fixed Booking confirmation emails read properly — They printed a raw timestamp, and a missing timezone could take the public booking slots offline.
  • Fixed YouTube Shorts links from a phone are accepted — Links copied on mobile were rejected.

Behind the scenes

  • Improved AI spend is monitored — Usage against the cap is now watched and alerted on, rather than a blocked client being the first sign anything was wrong.
