Release 1.5.1

June 8, 2026 — sharper reminders & scheduling, cleaner workout logging, reliable note autosave, team-account library controls, and a batch of coach-requested fixes on top of 1.5.0.

v1.5.1June 8, 2026

A focused follow-up to 1.5.0. We sharpened reminders and scheduling, cleaned up workout logging, made note autosave rock-solid, added library controls for team accounts, and shipped a batch of fixes straight from coach feedback.

Workouts & training

  • Fixed Group-exercise round buttons work again — In simple workouts, “Add round” and “Delete round” are functional again when logging group and superset exercises.
  • Fixed Cleaner group workout logs — Group-exercise logs now display correctly in both the app and the dashboard instead of looking broken.
  • Fixed Correct log layout for video-guided workouts — Viewing the log of a video-guided workout now uses the proper simple-workout layout rather than the standard-workout one.
  • Fixed Workout notes can be cleared — Emptying an internal note on a workout now saves — you no longer have to leave at least one character behind.

Nutrition & content

  • New Bulk-import foods & workouts from a spreadsheet — Seed your food library and training content in bulk by importing from a spreadsheet — handy when migrating or building out content fast.
  • Fixed Keyboard no longer hides the nutrition log button — On the nutrition log notes screen, the on-screen keyboard no longer covers the button underneath.

Progress & check-ins

  • Fixed Report dates stay put — Adding a new progress entry no longer resets all of a client’s previous reports to today’s date — historical dates are preserved.
  • Fixed Questionnaire stats flow through again — Check-in and questionnaire stats once again appear in the tracking tab and client overview, after a migration-related gap.
  • Fixed PDF uploads respected on progress forms — When a form allows images but not videos, clients can still attach PDFs to a progress entry.

Reminders & scheduling

  • New Filter the notifications you don’t want — Mute chosen notification types — for example plan-expiry alerts — with a simple multiselect filter, so your feed stays focused. Learn more →
  • Fixed Booking reminders in your timezone — Appointment reminder emails show the appointment time again, in the trainer’s timezone, instead of UTC. Learn more →
  • Fixed Expired programs stop sending reminders — Once a client’s program expires, they no longer keep receiving progress reminders for it.
  • Fixed No duplicate weekly reports — Submitting a report inside the reminder window no longer generates a second report and notification.
  • Fixed Quick replies don’t re-trigger a reminder — Filling out a progress or form reminder within 15 minutes of receiving it no longer spawns a fresh reminder.
  • Fixed All active clients are selectable on appointments — Every active client now appears in the participants dropdown when adding them to a calendar appointment.

Programs & plans

  • New Program-phase glossary — Built-in explainers for each training phase — Foundation, Build, Peak, Deload and more — so the structure of a program is clear at a glance. Learn more →
  • Improved Roomier note editor in plan tables — Click a cell in a plan table to expand a multi-line editor, so long notes are readable while you’re editing them — not just after you click away.

Clients & messaging

  • New Admins chat as the coach on mobile — In the mobile app, admins now message clients as the account owner/coach — matching the behaviour already in the web app. Learn more →
  • Fixed Clear a client’s stage — The stage dropdown in the client header now lets you set a client back to “No stage”. Learn more →
  • Fixed Reliable note autosave across every profile section — Profile notes in Overview, Fitness, Health, Behavioural and Nutrition sections now save reliably, with no silent drops — including for newly created clients. Learn more →

Team accounts

  • New Private vs shared library for teams — Team accounts can switch to a coach-scoped mode: each coach sees their own programs, workouts, exercises and nutrition templates, plus anything the owner shares with the whole team. Owners curate the shared library, and a coach imports their own copy of a shared item to build on it. Solo accounts are unaffected — everyone keeps seeing everything. Learn more →
