Client profiles

What each profile tab captures — fitness, health, behavioral, and nutritional — plus progress, biometrics, and labs.

Every client has a detail page that gathers everything about them in one place. The profile is split into tabs so you can capture the full picture of an athlete over time.

Profile tabs

  • Contact info — name, email, and how to reach them. This is also how they’re invited to your app.
  • Fitness profile — training history, experience level, goals, and limitations.
  • Health profile — medical history, conditions, medications, and anything that affects programming.
  • Behavioral profile — habits, motivation, and lifestyle context that shapes adherence.
  • Nutritional profile — dietary preferences, restrictions, and nutrition goals.

Keeping these current means every plan you assign is grounded in who the client actually is.

Progress, biometrics & labs

Beyond the profiles, each client tracks:

  • Progress — measurements and photos over time.
  • Biometrics — body metrics you and the client record.
  • Labs — bloodwork and lab results.

These build the longitudinal record that makes coaching decisions defensible.

Assigning training & nutrition

From the client detail page you assign the workouts and meal plans you built in your Vault. Assignments appear for the client in their mobile app, where they follow workouts, log sessions, and track meals.

Per-client billing & chat

Each client page also has its own billing view (their purchases and subscriptions) and a chat thread so your conversation lives alongside everything else you know about them.
